Lonely Planet receives thousands of letters every month from travellers who have ventured forth to every corner of the globe. As some paths are more well-trodden than others, some countries receive more feedback than others. However, we put up as much relevant and useful information as we can, so if somewhere hasn't had any new Postcards for a while, it's not that we're not taking care of the pages, it's that we haven't had any feedback lately that we think is of interest to travellers.
