Here brewer and beer connoisseur Willie Simpson has turned a passion for home brewing into one of Tasmania's best boutique breweries. Located in the small town of Railton, 12km northeast of Sheffield, this brewery, meadery and hop gardens offers visitors the opportunity to taste its range of Kentish ale, melomel and a fabulous dry mead. You can also tour its microbrewing operation (noon Wednesday to Sunday; advance bookings essential).
