Teddy Kollek Park

Kids frolic in the fountains to cool off on hot days, and families picnic on the sloping lawn just outside Jaffa Gate and next to the Artists' Colony. Stone walls detail important events in the life of Kollek, who was mayor of Jerusalem for 30 years. 'Dancing fountain' shows happen on weekday evenings in summer at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm.
