Key West First Legal Rum

Key West

Opened in 2013 by a kitesurfing pioneer, this distillery makes some mighty fine rums, which are made with Florida sugarcane and infused with coconut, vanilla and key lime. Try up to eight rums in the shop for $11, which includes a shot glass. You can also take a self-guided audio tour of the small one-room operation, or come for a livelier chef-guided tour held throughout the week.
